Brian Starr, MD completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch and residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He also completed a year of surgical training at Beth Israel Medical Center.

He completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Virginia before moving to the Pacific Northwest to join Pain Consultants of Oregon.

Dr. Starr is board certified in anesthesiology and board eligible pain management. He has been involved in three publications and four clinical trials.

His practice consists of medical and interventional treatment of chronic pain, including the latest surgical implantation techniques.  His goal in pain treatment is commitment to the compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-focused management of chronic pain.
