Referring Physicians

We want to help all physicians manage pain effectively. Referring physicians are encouraged to call our office to speak to one of our doctors about chronic pain.

We also have a form that can be used to refer patients to our clinic.

To evaluate patients with spinal infusion pumps, we request the operative note for the pump implant surgery and a copy of the documentation from the last pump refill. We do not accept spinal infusion patients with non FDA approved medications in their pumps.
