Middle Fork Surgery Center is available to physicians at Pain Consultants of Oregon for interventional pain procedures and surgeries.
Middle Fork Surgery Center provides a wide variety of therapeutic pain management procedures such as: Epidural Steroid Injections, Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Spinal Facet Injections, Spinal Nerve Radiofrequency Ablations, and Vertebroplasties.
Middle Fork Surgery Center also provides surgical pain management procedures that include: Spinal cord stimulator implantation, and spinal drug administration system implantation.
The center combines the knowledge and skills of Board Certified Pain Management Physicians with Radiologic Technologists, Nurses, and Surgical Technicians with experience and training in pain management.
